Alexa Vega reaches over the table to give AJ Michalka a hug before lunching at The Farm at the Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (May 16).

The two were joined by AJ‘s sister Aly and their mom for a bite to eat and a game of Scrabble!

“Lunch with @alexavega. We are nerds,” the 78violet sisters tweeted with a pic of their game board.

Alexa added, “We are awesome! Haha. Epic lunch ladies. Love you both!”

Alexa is also pictured at the Grove the day before, picking up something from Michael Kors.

The Vampire Diaries, American Idol, and Justin Bieber have dominated the nominations for the 2012 Teen Choice Awards!

The hit CW vampire series led the pack with six – including Choice TV Actor, Actress, and Show in the Fantasy/Sci-Fi category. The show has also added two new categories this year: Choice Book and Choice Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Artist.

Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Stewart, Demi Lovato, Lauren Alaina, and Logan Lerman are also nominees!

The 2012 Teen Choice Awards airs live July 22 at 8PM ET/PT on FOX. Head on over to TeenChoiceAwards.com to vote for your favorites!

In a recent interview with Broadway Direct, Corbin opened up about joining the cast of Godspell.

“There’s this blend of lightheartedness and absolute drama in the show,” Corbin shared. “It’s fun for the audience, but it’s also a serious story about a human being with free will who chose a life where he could be the best person he could be. [Godspell] shows the moments of doubt that he had, and how he chose to accept his own death. He wasn’t just some robot programmed to do good. Imagine if we all truly tried to be the best people we could be.”
