There it is!
Two weeks after confirming she’s expecting, Molly Sims officially debuts her belly in the opening shot of her pregnancy photo gallery.
“I thought it would be fun to document my baby bump on the site each month, starting today,” the model, 38, writes on MollySims.com.
“That way all of you can see how far along I am, and I’ll have all of the pictures to look back on once the little bun in the oven arrives.”
Due at the end of June with her “honeymoon baby” — she wed Scott Stuber in September — the Project Accessory host is 18 weeks along and trying to soak up each new experience — even the nausea!
“I’ve already been through the morning sickness (every morning from 4 to 6 a.m. for seven weeks — it was the worst), the strange cravings (I’m looking at you, Kraft Mac Easy), and daily episodes of what I call, ‘Pregnancy brain,’” Sims blogged earlier this month.
“But, believe it or not, I’m cherishing every moment.”
In addition to posting monthly photo updates of her growing bump on her website, Sims will also blog about her pregnancy, including more on her newfound cravings and transformation from model to mom.

Look who’s already rocking the red carpet!
From her ankle boots to her chic scarf, Simone Masterson-Horn is quickly becoming quite the fashionista.
It’s no surprise considering her aunt (and godmother!) is trendsetter Tori Spelling and her dads are the actress’s best friends (and Home Sweet Hollywood costars) Bill Horn and Scout Masterson, a.k.a The Guncles.
But we’re not the only ones to notice this mini style star! Kiddie fashion blogger Natalia Caver also has Simone on her radar and has even created a site dedicated to the 19-month-old’s adorable ensembles.
“[Simone] is a little princess, funny with a great personality, and a lovely wardrobe,” Caver tells PEOPLE.
“One day you see her with fancy dresses like Suri Cruise and [the next day] with fur boots, a scarf, and a beret like her cousin Stella McDermott.”
Known to step out in brands ranging from Target to Zara, proud dad Horn jokes his little girl knows what she wants — and isn’t afraid to voice her opinion! — when it comes to her sense of style.
“Simone is starting to point to things she wants to wear and often lets us know if she isn’t in the mood to wear something we’re about to put on her. We’ve created a clothing monster!” he says.

Mom and daughter – Courtesy Elisabeth Röhm |
Elisabeth Röhm, best known for her roles as Serena on Law & Order and Kate on Angel, is marking a year blogging for PEOPLE.com.
The actress will appear on CSI: Miami this Sunday, Jan. 29. She also has a role on The Client List and upcoming films Transit and Officer Down out later this year. She can be found on Facebook, Google + and @ElisabethRohm.
In her latest blog, Röhm — mom to 3½-year-old Easton August with Ron Anthony — gets a 2012 wake up call when her fiancé suggests her resolution includes chucking the mom clothes!
What was your New Year’s resolution? Three weeks in, are you keeping it? Let Elisabeth know in the comments.
So here we are at the start of 2012 and I’m sure each of us has a mile-long list of things we would do differently from last year. Perhaps little things make the top 20, but there’s always the BIG one that stands out from the rest.
We know that if we at least tackle that one thing, all will be set straight in our universe. One is totally doable, right? With our harried schedules, it seems realistic to say that there would be one big game-changer that we could focus on this year.
I had mine all lined up and picked out earlier this month. I was ready to put it into motion until … dun dun dun! It came to my attention that I may have picked the wrong New Year’s resolution.
Perhaps a few people over the year had pointed out that there was another matter worthy of my consideration. But I hadn’t really paid it any mind — although I’ll admit it had nagged at me. But when you hear something a few times over and over, I guess one could say that it might become a more imperative matter.
I mean c’mon, you know something is urgent when loved ones are handing out a New Year’s resolution to you!
So here it is. I shudder to say it out loud, PEOPLE.com, but I knew it was true when the last and final person (my trying-to-be-sensitive-but-not-quite-achieving-it other half) said it. Ron told me that I wear too many “mom clothes.”
I mean, it kind of sucked when he compared me to an aging woman in ballet slippers and a cardigan who attended our recent New Year’s brunch. But sadly, I’ll admit that we did look an awful lot alike.
Now, just to set the record straight — I thought she looked good, the middle-aged lady that he whispered about in between his bites of fruit and yogurt (he turned over his new leaf a few months ago). So now he’s in the business of advising others on how to improve their lives and stay young?!
I mean, I’ve always leaned towards the preppy look rather than, let’s say, the Fergie-esque get up and dance look, although I appreciate it in others. In fact, I really admire those women who continue to sex it up a little for the duration of their lives. I certainly thought I’d be one of those types, because I come from a long line of women who have stayed youthful and attractive as the years have unmercifully gone by.
Now, let me make something clear: I like the preppy look and by saying that I’m preppy, I did not think I’d lost my edge … that’s just my style preference. I’ve always leaned towards the classic little black dress. To tell the truth, I really like ballet slippers!
However, I had noticed that something changed in my wardrobe choices, starting three years ago. I’ve even blogged about it before. You know … the sensible breastfeeding blouse, the pants that have added stretch, and the low shoes with all that extra support.
I started to go for practicality and comfort rather than style and expression. It happens. We all talk about it. We even laugh about it, as if we are proud to wear our badge of mom honor by displaying those too long sweaters that resemble tents, rather the fitted ones of the past. But I think I may have gone too far, perhaps over the edge into the tacky shoes department.
From my prior blog – Courtesy Elisabeth Röhm |
As I watched the woman with her ponytail (no time to blow it out), ballet slippers (there used to be long legs there), cardigan and leggings (all black, square and flowing as to hide any lumps and bumps), I hated to admit that Ron was right.
Not to mention that I kind of wanted to plunge my butter knife into him as he plunged my ego into that cold glass of water. Deep inside I knew it was true, although I became grumpy for the rest of the day.
Even now, as I step away from the computer to look at myself in the mirror, my hair is still in that ponytail due to the lack of a current blowout. I’m in some sort of plastic ballet slippers that really aren’t cool and that I never would have worn four years ago, before Easton was conceived.
I remember looking at those sexy as heck (even my language has changed!) photo shoots I’d see in Vogue, with some statuesque model in three-inch heels and a tight suit pushing a baby stroller with her hair flowing in the wind and sunglasses on. You know, like Victoria Beckham.
I was so sure that would be the type of mom look I’d duplicate once I had a little bundle of joy. Okay yes, for those events that come up, I still know how to pull out those punches. However, I had no idea my inner Martha Stewart would start showing up on a daily basis.
I mean, for goodness sake, I’m in a plaid ruffled shirt right now because it was a gift and not because I like it. It doesn’t even look particularly bad, but it doesn’t look good either. In fact, it looks like a tablecloth.
The other day my gorgeous friend — a parent who is just spectacularly stylish — was lamenting her ballet slippers too, and saying she was going to buy herself some new boots with a heel to go to the office in. I was applauding her. All the while, I was wearing some strange non-youthful getup of my own as we perused the web for her sexy new shoes.
“Where have I stashed my former self?” I was thinking yesterday as I ate my bagel with too much cream cheese (yes, part of my mom getup is some extra poundage — I’m going to shed that too).
I watched the older woman that Ron was comparing me to nibbling on her breakfast and thought, “Ugh!” It’s like that last cigarette you smoke. The final straw had broken. I wasn’t going to be compared to someone 20 years my senior — no way.
I made a commitment to myself today as I threw on my usual gear with distraction that this would be the last day that I’d let my youth faintly slip away. So my New Year’s resolution this January is to burn my mom costume in the back yard and blow the dust off some of my other old relics from those days gone by, at least until I can afford a few new things!
This year, let’s focus the blog a little bit more on us, ladies. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to help us all get that shiny look of youth back in our cheeks and trust me, we won’t have to break an ankle doing it by trying to look like Beyoncé!
Not to mention she’s probably going to have to wear some ballet slippers and sensible shirts soon herself with that new baby girl. Don’t worry Beyoncé, we’ll be there for you when you want to get your fashion groove back too!
Tell me your own personal New Year’s resolutions (and are you keeping them thus far?).
Until next time, PEOPLE.com.

You can find Marla, who’s now 38 weeks pregnant, on Twitter.
Hello everyone!
Hope you all had a fantastic holiday season. My husband and I stayed in town and laid low. We watched movies, ate, slept, ate, spent quality time with friends and family … and then ate some more.
The official countdown is in full effect … I cannot believe that in two weeks time I will be a mommy!
In the grand scheme of things, these nine months went by pretty quickly. Yes, there were weeks that seemed endless and yes, I’m currently complaining about my feet swelling up like balloons and the general discomfort that comes with the end of pregnancy — but all in all the journey has been one that I will never forget. Dare I say … I’m even looking forward to doing it AGAIN?!
Everyone keeps telling me to enjoy these final moments of solitude, but I just want to jump to the part of pregnancy that comes with a baby already!
My four best friends threw me the most perfect baby shower a few weeks ago. It was a beautiful brunch and was so flawlessly planned I don’t think I could have done it better myself! I was so overwhelmed by the generosity of all who attended — we pretty much got everything we could possibly need for our little one, and then some.
I truly don’t think I could have made it through pregnancy without the help and advice of my mommy friends who had babies before me. Everything from baby gear to stretch mark cream — my friends were on it!
So, before I step into the baby bunker (don’t worry — I’ll be back to update you post-delivery), I decided to leave you with a list of my pregnancy must-haves. Please enjoy and feel free to pass along to other mamas!
Favorite Maternity Store: A Pea in the Pod
One stop shopping for all of your changing body needs. I purchased everything from underwear to my little(ish) black dress that I wore to my baby shower (see above photo).
Favorite Maternity Jean: J Brand — Mama J Skinny Jean
These jeans are by far the most comfortable and flattering jeans that I could find. They don’t have a panel on the belly (which I never found to be very comfortable) — instead they have side elastic panels that grow with you so you don’t need to buy multiple sizes.
Favorite Before, During and After Dress: Anything by Rachel Pally
Rachel Pally makes the most comfortable and flattering dresses for women no matter what size you are. I’m wearing one in the nursery photo below. Her gorgeous creations got me through three weddings during my pregnancy and I know I will wear them again post-baby and beyond.
Favorite Body Pillow: My Brest Friend 3-in-1 Body Pillow
This pillow has all the support you need, complete with a wedge for your growing belly. Trust me, this wedge will save your life as your bump gets bigger and heavier!
Favorite Pregnancy Memoir: Exploiting My Baby by Teresa Strasser
I personally LOVED this book. Informative yet beyond hilarious and didn’t scare me the way some of the other books did. You’ll want to be best friends with Teresa by the end of it!
Favorite Pregnancy Book: The Pregnancy Test by Dr. Emily Sikking and Melissa Heckscher
I mentioned this book in my first blog post, but I wanted to give it another shout out. I can’t even tell you how many times I referred to this pregnancy guide. Saved me a few phone calls to my doctor — who actually wrote this book. Great for expectant fathers too!
Favorite Stretch Mark Cream: Basq Advanced Stretch Mark Butter
Great for preventing stretch marks before and after pregnancy. My favorite thing about this cream is that it isn’t greasy and absorbs quickly so I can put my clothes on soon after using it. Smells yummy too!
Favorite Breast Cream: Novena Organic Beauty Breast Cream
Yea you heard me … I’m talking breast cream! Those little/big guys are susceptible to the same marks as your belly, so you can’t abandon them! This one is my favorite because it’s odorless and paraben-free.
Favorite ‘Faux Glow’ Makeup: Benefit Benetint
For those days when your “pregnancy glow” just isn’t happening. I put this rose-scented liquid on my lips and cheeks and instantly look and feel refreshed.
Favorite Hydration Buddy: Lifefactory Glass Water Bottle
This thing didn’t leave my side! It’s super important to stay hydrated when you’re pregnant and this bottle is the perfect portable size. I also love that it’s glass so there’s no icky plastic taste to my water. On days that I was feeling extra crazy, I would add lemon or mint to fancy it up.
I hope you find this list helpful — feel free to add to it and share in the comments section. Maybe my next list will be my favorite baby items?
Until then, you can follow me on Twitter @marlasok or catch me in The Chateau Meroux, which is out now on DVD.
Xo,

Isaac Mizrahi recently announced plans to launch an infant clothing line with bon bébé earlier this month, and the designer promises the collection will be “the cutest thing in the world.”
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the 25-piece collection will include outfits in black and white “meant to be a funny take on sophisticated adult clothing.” It will also debut in department and speciality stores this fall, with girls’ and boys’ clothing expected to follow.
“It’s a special kind of look, a special kind of twist. There’s a dryness to it. I don’t want it to be cutesy, I want it to be wonderful and different,” the the newlywed told PEOPLE recently at a Project Runway All Stars event at New York’s Paley Center.
So why the sudden switch to kids fashion? ”I was raised in that business,” said Mizrahi. ”My father was a childrenswear manufacturer, and my showroom is in that wonderful showroom he worked in for years, in a building on 34th Street [in New York].”
